素质is class.
You can say someone has no class to mean 素质差：你可以说一个人“have no class", 就是素质差的意思

当对方跟你关系很好，你回答起来就可以更多的考虑自己的心情，可以不用有太多拘束。心情好的时候我们可以直接说“Okay”
“I am okay”
”I am doing okay”。
心情一般不好不坏的时候我们可以说
“Not bad”
“Just soso”
“Nothing special today”。
当你生病感觉不好的时候，你可以直接说病因，
“I have a cold”我感冒了。
“I got a fever”我发烧了。

run for 有“竞赛，竞选”之意，如：run for Congress（竞选国会议员），run for the presidency（竞选总统）等。run to 意思为有**的趋势，例如run to fat有发胖的趋势。不适合在年龄等一定会发生的事情上使用。而get on for 才表示“接近”，它通常用进行时态，后面一般跟年龄或者时间，如：It's getting on for midnight（快到半夜了）等。
