It happened when I was Grade Two in primary school. A week before that day, my best friend's grandmother had pasd away, so she was abnt during that week. And she came back on that sunny Monday. On that day, there was a Flag-raising Ceremony and the whole class attend the ceremony except me and other three girls. We were the students on duty. After we did everything we should do, we played games, since the ceremony didn't finish yet. The class was full of laughter. At that time, she, my best friend, came in with her mother. When I saw her I asked:"How is your grandmother?" Until now, I still don't know why I said that ntence at that moment. I knew her grandmother had pasd away and I was her best friend! Nevertheless I said that. I must be crazy. And after I asked, I saw that she burst into tears. She must recall her grandmother and miss her very much. I was not comfortable either. After saying that, I felt that the whole world fell into silence all of a sudden and I felt cold even the sun shone on my body. Her mother
