thiller摘要：PURPOSE:To readily obtain compact coils which can be ud within a specified temperature range and have large inductance by forming the desired coils of Ni or stainless wire beforehand with a small space being provided between the adjacent wires and by giving a heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:An insulating covering layer is formed on the surface of Ni or stainless wire by heat-treating it at temperatures from 800-1,400 deg.C. In this ca, after the desired coil has been formed beforehand with a small space being provided between the adjacent wires, the coil is heat-treated. The diameters from 0.1mm- 0,5mm are easy to handle in practical applications. In this method, the compact coils which can be ud within a temperature range of veral hundreds to 1,000 deg.C and hove large inductance can be readily manufactured.
