2012年节假日放假安排时间表（或称2012年法定节假日安排时间表）按照中国法定程序基本敲定，2012

年节假日放假安排时间表是根据国务院《关于修改<全国年节及纪念日放假办法>的决定》，参考以往国务

院办公厅下达的关于往年部分节假日安排的通知，并并结合中国当前发展工作实际做出的。2012年节假日

放假安排最终敲定方案将报请国务院批准方可生效，节假日放假安排最终于2011年12月份予以公布，并

以通知的方式下达到“各省、自治区、直辖市人民政府，国务院各部委、各直属机构”。2012年元旦、春节、

一、元旦：2011年12月31日至2012年1月2日，放假3天。其中2011年12月31日（星期六）公

休，2012年1月1日（星期日）为国家法定节假日，2012年1月1日（星期日）公休调至1月2日（星期

一），即2011年12月31日（星期六）、2012年1月1日（星期日）、2012年1月2日（星期一），3

日（星期二）上班。

农历正月初一）、1月24日（星期二，农历正月初二）为法定节假日，1月21日（星期六）、1月22日

（星期日）公休调至1月25日（星期三）、1月26日（星期四），1月29日（星期日）公休调至1月27

日（星期五）、28日（星期六）公休，1月21日、1月29日（星期日）照常上班。

jan. 29 (Sunday) general holidays moves to a January 27, (Friday), 28 (Saturday), general holidays, January 21, 29

January (Sunday) to work as usual.

三、清明节：4月2日至4日放假调休，共3天。其中3月30日（星期六）、3月31日（星期日）公

休调至4月2日（星期一）、4月3日（星期二），4月4日（星期三，农历清明当日）为国家法定节假日，

3月30日（星期六）、3月31日（星期日）照常上班，4月5日（星期四）上班。请假5、6号，可有7

天假期

四、劳动节：4月29日至5月1日放假调休，共3天。其中4月29日（星期日）为公休、4月28日

（星期六）公休调至4月30日（星期一）、5月1日（星期二、“五一”国际劳动节）为法定节假日，即4

月29日（星期日）、30日（星期一）、5月1日（星期二），4月28日、5月2日（星期三）照常上班。

家法定节假日、6月24日（星期日）为公休，6月23日（星期六）公休调至6月25日，即6月23日（星

期六）、24日（星期日）、25日（星期一），26日（星期二）照常上班。

六、中秋节、国庆节：9月30日至10月7日放假，共8天。其中9月30日（星期日）为中秋节法定

节假日，10月1日（星期一）、10月2日（星期二）、10月3日（星期三）为国庆节法定节假日，10月

4日（星期四）、10月5日（星期五）为调休，10月6日（星期六）、10月7日（星期日）公休，9月29

日、9月30日（星期日）两天调至10月4日、10月5日，9月29日（星期六）、10月8日（星期一）上

班。

Six, Mid-Autumn festival and ational Day: September 30, to October 7, 8 days off. One September 30

(Sunday) statutory holidays, for the Mid-Autumn festival on October 1, (Monday), October 2 (Tuesday), October 3,

(Wednesday) as the ational Day legal holiday, October 4, (Thursday), on October 5, (Friday) for paid leave, 6

October (Saturday), October 7 (Sunday) general holidays, September 29,, and September 30 (Sunday) two days to

the October 4, on October 5,, September 29, (Saturday), October 8, (Monday) to work.
