在我看来，成为中学教师意味着新世纪的另一大挑战。未来的中

学教师必须有很多不同的水平。他可能要学很多。众所周知，社会发

展很快。随着发展，很多变化发生。为了适合这些变化，学生需要学

习新的东西，并且有更多的技能。作为中学教师，他必须了解很多，

并有很多新的方面的知识。所以，首先，中学教师必须跟上社会的发

展，并有一个良好的知识。

其次，我们都知道，现在，一个成功的人不但善于学习，学习，

而且思想。只有一个乐于助人，善良的人才能成功。所以，未来的中

学教师不但应该在课堂上教学生一些东西，而且要在生活中学习一些

东西。以上这些，老师也应该在与学生的交流中做得很好。作为一名

中学学生，他已经长大了，有自己的想法，即使他的想法是不同于教

师的。第二教师不但应该是教师，而且是学生的朋友。他应该经常和

学生们交谈，了解他们的想法。只有这样他们才应该得到很好的相处。

一句话，将来成为中学教师意味着一个很大的挑战。但我要面对这个

巨大的挑战。我想成为一个中学教师在未来。
