InSeptember,ChinaExportImportBanklentGhana$10.4

billionforinfrastructureprojects,andtheChina

DevelopmentBankprovidedaparate$3billionloanfor

thedevelopmentofthecountry'soil-and-gasctor.

一些分析师说，Kosmos可能不愿意出售股权，因为它认

BuckinghamRearchGroup在九月份给客户的报告中

说，AnadarkoPetroleumCorp.持有Jubilee的股权大约价
