基于DSD美学修复软件指导下不同修复方案在前牙美学修复

中的应用

【摘要】目的:观察基于数码微笑设计(DigitalSmileDesign,DSD)美学修复软件

指导下不同修复方案在前牙瓷贴面美学修复中的应用效果.方法:选取笔者科室收治

的要求对前牙进行美学修复的104例患者(共238颗牙)作为研究对象,均于DSD

美学修复软件指导下进行修复,按照修复方案不同分为A组53例(122颗)和B组

51例(116颗),其中A组给予全瓷冠修复,B组给予铸瓷贴面修复.观察两组临床效果、

满意度以及完整性情况.结果:A组与B组修复后6个月、12个月在修复体完整度、

临边缘变色、边缘密合性、术后敏感以及牙龈反应方面比较,差异无统计学意义

(P>0.05);A组满意率96.72%稍高于B组94.83%(P>0.05);A组完好率100.00%

显著高于B组94.83%(P<0.05).结论:基于DSD美学修复软件指导下,全瓷冠与铸

瓷贴面在前牙瓷贴面美学修复中均取得了较好疗效,但全瓷冠贴面修复远期效果优

于烤瓷贴面修复.%ObjectiveToobrvetheapplicationofdifferent

theedges,thensitivitytotheoperation,andthegingivalresponat6

and12monthsafterrepairbetweengroupAandgroupB(P>0.05).The

satisfactionrateofgroupAwas96.72%,slightlyhigherthanthatof94.83%

ofgroupB(P>0.05).ThegoodrateofgroupAwas100.00%,significantly

higherthanthatof94.83%ofgroupB(P<0.05).ConclusionInguidanceof

DSDaestheticrestorationsoftware,bothhasbettereffectofallceramic

crownandIPS-Empressporcelainveneerinaestheticrestorationof

longtermeffectofallceramic

veneerrepairisbetterthanthatofporcelainveneerrepair.
