【摘要】Allergicmanifestationsaffect20%-30%ofthepopulationin

balmarketforasthmaandallergy

medicationshasbeenestimatedtoexceedUSD6billion,since40%ofthe

humanpopulationhassomeformofIgEnsitizationtodiverproteins.

Mosttherapeuticinterventionstrategiescopewiththesymptomsof

allergywithouteliminatingtheunderlyingcauandmanyareassociated

designedapeptideimmunogenencompassingquencesofthehuman

Cε2-3linkerregiontoprimerat(Rattusnorvegicus)immunesystems,we

thendesignedachimerichuman-dog-humanIgEantibodyanduditto

boosttheimmunesystemandproducehigh-affinityantibodiesthat

estigationshowedthatthispeptideimmunogen

elicittheformationofantibodiesrecognizingthenativeIgEofhuman,

rentinvestigationdescribesnovel

approachesaimedatthedevelopmentofsafeanti-allergyvaccinesbad

onactiveimmunizationwithIgE-derivedpeptidesthatareinvolvedinthe

immunizationstrategywassuccessfulbutdidnotfullyworkaspredicted,

thuswepropothatpeptidesdescribedinthecurrentstudymayleadto

thedevelopmentofapananti-allergyvaccinewithapplicationsforthe

treatmentofallIgE-mediatedallergicresponindependentofthenature

oftheoffendingallergen.
