Yourappointmentissubjectto:
TheManagementhavingtherighttogetyoumedicallyexaminedbyanycertifiedmedical
youarefoundmedicallyunfittocontinue
withthejob,youwillloyourlienonthejob.
Verificationoftheparticularsmentionedinyourapplication
IfandwheninformationfurnishedbyyouinyourApplicationFormregardingyourcredentials
arefoundtobeincorrectornottrue,youwillbeliableforterminationorsuchotheractionasthe
Managementdeemsfit.
DutiesandResponsibilities
(a)TheManagementwillexpectyoutoworkwithahighstandardofinitiative,efficiencyand
economy.
(b)DuringyourrvicewiththeCompany,youwillnotengageyourlfdirectlyorindirectlyin
anyotherUndertaking,Business,EmploymentorActivitiesprejudicial/detrimentaltotheinterest
oftheCompany.
(c)Youshallnotgiveouttoanyone,duringtheperiodofyourrviceandevenafterwardsby
wordofmouthorotherwi,particularsordetailsofourmanufacturingorotherprocess,
technicalknowhow,curityarrangements,administrativeand/ororganizationalmatterof
confidentialorcretnature,whichmaybeyourprivilegetoknowbyvirtueofyourbeingour
employee.
(d)Youshallkeepconfidentialalltheinformationandmaterialprovidetoyoubyoronbehalfof
themanagementorbyitsclientsconcerningtheiraffairstoenabletheManagementtoperform
cludesonlysuchmaterialasisalreadyknowntothepublicwhichalsoyou
willnotrelea,
obligationtokeepsuchinformationconfidentialshallsurviveevenonterminationor
cancellationoftheemployment.
(e)Youwillberesponsibleforthesafekeepingandreturningoodconditionandorderofallthe
propertiesoftheCompanywhichmaybeinyouru,custody,lossof
anypropertyoftheManagementinyourposssion,theManagementwillhavetherightto
asssonitsownbasisandrecoverthedamagesofallsuchmaterialfromyouandtotakesuch
otheractionasitdeemsproperintheeventofyourfailuretoaccountforsuchmaterialor
propertytoitssatisfaction.
TerminationofPermanentService
(a)YouwillautomaticallyretirefromtherviceoftheCompanyonattainingthe
superannuatingageof58years.
(b)Yourrvicesareliabletobeterminatedwithoutanynoticeorsalaryinlieuthereofinca
ofcontinuedillhealth.
(c)Thecessationofrvicecanbebyeithersidegivingthreemonthsnoticeinwritingtothe
otherorinlieuofnoticebypaymentofthreemonths'salarybytheCompanyorbypaymentof
threemonth’ssalaryasdamagesbytheEmployee.
Deputation/Change/TransferofEmployment
(a)YouareliabletobetransferredanywhereinIndiaatthesolediscretionoftheManagement
rvicesmayalsobedeputedtothe
Group/SisterCompaniesasdeemedfitbytheManagement.
(b)YourplaceofworkcanbechangedatthesolediscretionoftheManagementtoanyother
branch,unit,
event,youwillbeissuedafreshletterinformingyouofsuchchange.
General
(a)YouwillbesubjecttotheRulesandRegulationsoftheCompanyandtherviceconditions
asareinforceatprentorasmaybeintroducedoramendedorextendedorrescindedfromtime
totime.
(b)Youwillinform,inwriting,totheManagementanychangeofaddresswithinaweekfrom
thechangeofthesame,failingwhichanycommunicationnttoyourlastknownaddressshall
bedeemedtohavebeenrvedonyou.
(c)Youshallnotapplyforanyotherjoboutsidewithoutthepriorwrittenpermissionfromthe
ontothiscommunicationofappointmentyouarerequiredtoconfirm
youracceptancebysigningtheduplicatecopyofthisorder.

offer.
