器具-是小型手助式设备

例如搅拌器，长柄勺子，筛子，模子等等。

机器设备-

机器设备-有大型机器设备和小型机器设备通常都是电动的。

例如手提式电动搅粹机，切片机，食物处理机等等。

固定设备-

大型固定设备-包括固定的，煤气的，电动的或蒸箱。

例如烤箱，面火局炉，火炉，蒸箱，大型搅拌机。

1.使用时要爱护所有的设备。

2.你必须了解和掌握如何使用和操作。
