三、TypesofMarineBillsofLading海运提单的类型(考试重点)

3-1OrderBillsofLading指示提单

特点：

illsareissuedbycarrierstotheorderofshipperorconsignee.

指示提单是由承运人签发给指定的托运人或者收货人。
