requirementsinGroundinginClau10ofPart1or

b)Leakagecurrentdoesnotexceed5percentoftheinputcurrentdeterminedinaccordance

withthePowerInputTestinClau36,andallofthefollowingconditionsaremet:

1)TheunitcomplieswiththegroundingrequirementsinGroundinginClau10ofPart1;

2)Theunitisnotsuppliedthroughastandardconfiguration125V,15Anor125V,20Anon-lockingtypeplug;

3)Provisionismadeforconnecting,andearth-grounding,allthemetalframesofthetransformer;and

indicationof0.5or0.75mA,themeasurementshallnothaveanerrorofmorethan5percentat

35.5Unlessthemeterisbeingudtomeasureleakagefromonepartofatransformertoanother,the

metershallbeconnectedbetweenanaccessiblepartandthegroundedsupplyconductor.

35.6Asampleofthetransformershallbetestedforleakagecurrentstartingwiththeas-received

condition(theas-receivedconditionmeaningtheunithasnotbeenenergizedexceptforoccurrencesthat

arepartoftheproduction-linetesting)butwiththegroundingconductor,ifany,openattheattachment

plyt

quence,withreferencetothemeasuringcircuit,Figure2,shallbeasfollows:

a)WithswitchS1open,thetransformershallbewithoutloadandconnectedtothemeasuring
