为何尊重很重要

回顾历史，尊重在人类生存史上起了举足轻重的作用。想象一下，

一个小部落在沙漠里徘徊，一个不被别人尊重的人肯定是要被遗

弃，独自死去的。这样的人是被认为没有用的，无足轻重，对整

个团队也没有价值。

我相信，这就是我们在心理上需要尊重的根本原因。

现在，不被尊重而能生存下去的几率似乎大大提高了。比如说，

有人继承了一大笔钱，拥有大群仆人和雇工，还有商贩时不时来

为他提供一切所需，然而他却不被人尊重。有些人还可以通过一

些宝贵的才能赚很多钱，例如拥有灌篮的才能，然而或许是由于

他对别人的方式，他也得不到别人的尊重。

然而，尊重包含着有钱买不到的价值。尽管有些人的生活并不依

赖于此，但有时，甚至是很多时候，当别人有机会自己做决定的

时候，此时的判断就源于此了。如果那个人真心地尊重某个人时，

他们们所做的决定就与其不尊重甚至只是客套地表示虚伪的尊

重时所做的决定大相径庭了。

总而言之，无论是从进化还是现实的角度来看，尊重都非常重要，

也是为什么我们在被尊重时感觉总是好一点的原因。
