inthereportofthe17thnationalcongressofthebroadmass

ofpartymembersandcadresto"playanexemplaryroleinthe

practiceofsocialistcorevaluesystem,makecommunismbroad

idealandthecommonidealofsocialismwithChine

characteristicsofafaithfulpractitioneroffirmfaith,the

conceptofscientificdevelopment,thesocialismoutlookfor

Tobeaqualifiedcommunistpartymember,thekeyisto

recognizethebasicrequirementsoftheword"qualified"and

focusontheword"do".Thatistosay,"qualifiedpartymember"

isnot"speak",not"shout"theirown,butby"highquality"

First,ssmateof

everyonetoestablishastrongnoflearning,onlythrough

thestudyofmarxisttheory,theparty'slinepoliciesandstate

lawsandregulationsofthestudy,theparty'shistorystudy

andtheeconomy,politics,culture,scienceandtechnologyand

soonvariousaspectsofknowledgelearning,toperfecttheir

knowledgestructure,expandownaspectofknowledge,broaden

Inthecurrentknowledgeeconomy,wecansaythatlearningis

thefoundationofsurvival,thepremiofcompetition,andthe

competitioninthemarketeconomysurvivalconditions;Onthe

Fifth,aqualifiedcommunistpartymembermuststrictlyfollow

peopleandpeoplewhowanttobecomeaqualifiedcommunistparty
