Help others is helping ourlves
Everyone needs help and if we help others,we may also get something that is valuable like a beautiful star which shines in our life.When we help our classmates,we feel friendship,when we help some old people,we feel happy.I think giving is better than receing.Helping others is helping ourlves.For example,my teacher asked me to help Mike with his math months ago.At first I felt a little nervous,becau I was not that good at math.So before helping him,I went over the textbook again and again,and did lots of exercis.To my surpri,some difficult problems that I couldn’t understand before were worked out by mylf.With my help,Mike made great progress in math,too.After that,I realize that helping others also does good to ourlves.Helping each other makes the world wonderful.If we give our love to each oters,the world will be more wonderful and nicer.The world will be filled with happiness.
Last Sunday, I went to Haimen to go shopping. I saw a lot of people standing in front of the supermarket when I was walking down the street.
I wondered what happened there. I hurried to go there to take a look. I ran quickly. To my surpri, there was a girl sitting in the street. The girl with a school bag was about 17 years old. There was also a piece of paper in front of her. It said, “My family don’t have enough money for me to go to school.”
I was very sad to e that. I couldn’t help giving some money to the girl. The girl was very grateful to me. She said, “Thank you!” I was glad to do it. Then I went away with a smile.
That day I had a dream in the evening. I dreamt that I had a lot of money. I did a lot of wonderful things. I helped the poor and the old.
After the dream, I know that we should be kind to others. If they are in trouble, we will try to help them out of trouble. Then we will feel very happy and we will think everything is beautiful. Then we will have a nice life. Dear friends, try to be a kind person, and the world will be better and better.
In my eyes helping others is happiness
Happiness changes when age changes. It is toy or candy in children’s eyes. It is money or honor in ambitious young men’s eyes. It is peaceful life or family in elder people’s eyes. However, there is always one kind of happiness in my eyes --- making others happy.
When I was a child, I was told that a good man would gain his happiness. What is a good man? A good man will be happy for other’s happiness, sad for other’s sadness. Then I began to learn how to bring happiness to others.
Helping others is a good way. Any little thing you do for others will cau big satisfaction you can’t imagine. A smile or “thank you” from the person you help will be the best reward. We often hear that people who contribute their money to help the poor em to be the more happy than tho who lock theirs in the safe. But it is not necessary to be the superman to save the falling plane. An assistance to older people may have the same effect. It is so simple.
Don’t force others to obey your rules of happiness. There is a story. A boy fell in love with a girl. At the beginning, happiness surrounded them just as all lovers. Later they had different ideas and quarreled. The boy didn’t want to give up his happy memory of love while the girl wanted to break up. At this time, the boy’s father told him, “If you can’t bring happiness to the girl any more, neither of you will be happy.” Then the boy abandoned his lfishness. At last they were still good friends after breaking up. We e other’s faces more than ourlves, so we are affected easily by others’ mood. How could you be happy if others are not?
In a word, to be a good man who brings happiness to others is good for yourlf.
Friends,Have you ever accepted any help from others?And have you ever offered a help to others?I know you may say Yes.Indeed we often get help from others around us.From example,if we are carrying a heavy box walking in the street,we may need someone to give us a hand.While taking a bus for work,we usually e an old granny standing beside us.Then well give up our ats to her.To some degree,helping others is equal to helping ourlves.
Meanwhile,helping others is a pleasure!I would like to do something to help people in need.
There are lots of people who was need heiping.we can help others when their have really troubles.Some we can help ,but others we cant.in fact,they only lazy and make other people doing something they need to do .If someone ask for you help to have a job ,you will make he talk why he need the job at first.And remember:In fact,helping others is a pleasure!Everyone should like to do something to help people in need.however,we need to know why he ask for help,and heip he to help himlf.
good afternoon ladies and gentleman,
it is a great honor to be chon to speak here. i value this chance of sharing teaching experience with distinguished teachers very much. to be honest i felt rather nostalgic when somebody told me i would make a speech before all of you fine people. i can still remember when i made my first speech in college. my heart would have jumped out of my chest if i hadn’t tried my best to control my breath. the reason lies in the fact that i really didn’t know what to say at that time!
well today, being a teacher of english for some years in shenzhen, i have a strong n of responsibility, which always fills me with strength and confidence.
i am from xinzhou middle school located in the west part of shenzhen. there are two extremes in my school. about 38% are from local resident families, who parents are rich and some even rich enough to own veral buildings. but some of the children in such families turned out to be slow in their lessons. they em to have everything but the motivation of learning. however, about 60% of the students are from working class families in the villages near by, who parents hold temporary residence identities. sometimes when we visit the students at home we noticed that a large proportion of their living standards are very critical. some don’t even have desks good enough to finish their homework on. no wonder they appear quite reluctant to pay enough attention to the teachers in class, and always find excus not to finish their homework. and according to asssment criteria there are 40% students struggling to get a pass in the english learning. some even can not make a proper ntence before they are going to take the matriculation examinations.
i still remember once i saw my student coming to school with one arm hanging on her neck. when asked she just said she was careless when she run across a pond, fell down and broke her arm. but later i got to know that she fell from the place she sleeps on the temporary cond floor at home, where half of it is a small shop in the village, while she was climbing down the ladder. at that time she was in a hurry to go to school. not until then did i realized how hard it is for some of our students to manage to survive in shenzhen, let along concentrate in learning their lessons at school. i believe if children live in poverty, they learn to fight for their future, if children live in comfort they learn to enjoy themlves.
then come the question, “how could i help them?” “what do they need most?” after some years of practicing i got to know three golden rules in english teaching in such kind of schools.
rule no.1 getting to know what exactly problems in our students’ learning english have and trying best to give them individual instructions;
rule no.2 try best to build up their confidence, let them have a taste of success. make them believe that english is not that difficult as they thought to be;
rule no.3 never trying to teach them the knowledge of english until they really mastered their own way of studying. for the most valuable knowledge is not the knowledge itlf; it is the learning strategy.
rule no. 4 the most important aspect in teaching here is love we cherish during teaching. if we don’t love our students whole-heartedly we will never succeed in condary education in shenzhen.
so from what my experience, “love” is the key to motivate our students!
thank you!

Dear class,
Today I will talk about something about the disabled. Although they arc disabled, they can do whatever we do. We all play an important part in our society.
We shouJd take care of the disabled in our life. When we go shopping, we should let them go first. When we meet the disabled in front of us. wc can open the door for them. We are willing to carry things for them. We must create more opportunities for them.
That's all. Thank you!
