使用机场自助值机柜台登机，您将需要准备信用卡，美国大陆航空的OnePass

Elite常旅客卡或者西北航空公司WorldPerks常旅客卡。带有磁条的驾驶执

照或护照也可接受。如果您无法激活自助值机柜台，可以要求美国大陆航空公司

代表服务人员帮助您进行操作。

道理很简单，这是我们鉴定您的身份的最快办法。机场自助值机柜台只读取卡内

的名字，以便于查找您的预订信息。无须交纳任何其他费用。

我是否可以通过机场自助值机柜台购得电子机票？

可以。您可以在机场自助值机柜台上购买直接从美国大陆航空预定的未购买机

票。您仅需提供认证号码和信用卡。此外，您还可以使用信用卡在机场自助值机

柜台购买当天的国内旅行单程或往返电子机票。

怎样在机场自助值机柜台上更改我的路线？

如果机票费用规定允许更换，且最初预定的舱位未满额，您就可以在起飞那天在

机场自助值机柜台确认更换同一天内相同起点/目的地的航班。

我是否可以在机场自助值机柜台办理行李托运？

可以。机场自助值机柜台在指定的检票地点提供行李托运服务。在您领取登机牌

后，就可以将您的行李放在自助值机柜台前或旁边的指定存包处，其余的交给美

国大陆航空服务代表处理。如果您的行李包过大或超重，请在检票处办理登机手

续。

乘坐国际航班时我是否可以使用机场自助值机柜台？

可以。从美国飞往任何其他国家航班的乘客均可使用机场自助值机柜台。在某些

情况下，美国大陆航空代表将需要检查您的国际旅行证件（如护照或签证）。从

大多数其他国家出发的乘客也可以使用机场自助值机柜台。

什么样的行程无法在机场自助值机柜台上处理？

机场自助值机柜台可以处理多数电子机票行程。最常见的例外状况包括：

包含由其他航空公司运营航班的行程

更改电子机票时未正确交费的电子机票

乘客行李经检查体积过大或超重

没有监护人的未成年人

机场自助值机柜台中使用何种语言操作？

目前，乘客可以选择英语、西班牙语、法语、德语、葡萄牙语、日语、简体中文

以及繁体中文。

网上值机是什么意思？

在家里或者办公室甚至网吧登陆航空公司的网站进行在线预选座位、办理值

机手续，然后再通过一张普通的A4纸打印出“网上值机登机牌”。在线打印的“登

机牌”与传统登机牌基本相同，包括有旅客姓名、航班号、到达站、日期、登机

时间、ET标识、登机口的具体位置、办理序号、订座舱位甚至登机牌条形码等

信息，使用上与传统登机牌也完全一致。，旅客可以根据个人的喜好选择靠窗或

者靠走道的座位。

对于“网上值机”的好处，由于旅客已经办理好“网上值机登机牌”，省去排队

等候值机的时间，因此这些旅客只需提前30分钟到达登机口即可；即使对于需

要办理行李托运的旅客，也只需至少提前４５分钟到达值机柜台办理行李托运手

续即可，这相较于传统的旅客办理乘机手续的时限大大放松。另一方面，“网上

值机”打破了传统航空旅客被动式服务的形式，旅客在轻松愉快的环境下自己上

网办理手续，将给旅客带来一种自在自我的方便感觉。东航网上值机常见问题：

一、办理网上自助值机需要几步？如何办理？旅客可先登陆，

在网页右侧“网上值机”栏输入旅客姓名、证件号和手机号码。在网上办理自助

值机只需要三步：a、选择值机航段；b、选择座位；c、自行用A4纸打印登机牌

（凭此登机牌，可直接通过安检并登机）。

二、何类旅客可以申请办理网上自助值机？仅限成人旅客。不含需要办理特殊服

务申请的旅客。重要旅客、伤病旅客、轮椅旅客、革命伤残和警察、孕妇、

占座行李、担架旅客、无人陪伴老人和特殊餐食申请者等请直接到东航值机柜台

办理值机手续，东航网上值机业务暂不受理上述特殊旅客网上值机的申请。东航

暂时无法为婴儿或已满两周岁但未满十二周岁的儿童提供网上值机服务，建议携

带婴儿或儿童的成人旅客不要办理网上自助值机。

三、何种客票可以办理网上自助值机？适用于东航电子客票；如果是纸质客票，

则不可以办理。

四、何种舱位可以办理网上自助值机？目前已开通所有舱位已定座的电子客票的

网上自助值机。

五、是否所有机场都能支持办理网上自助值机服务？目前东航网上值机服务已开

通部分城市，请见《网上值机手续已开通的城市和办理时间》，您可从以下地址

六、我有托运行李，能正常办理网上自助值机吗？可以。但是请提前1个小时

到机场东航自助乘机服务柜台或东航值机柜台办理托运手续。尺寸超过

20cm*40cm*55cm或重量超过5公斤的行李必须托运。行李托运必须符合安检相

应规定，含有酒精的饮料、刀具、危险工具等物品必须托运。行李中严禁夹带贵

重物品、旅行证件、易碎物品以及易燃、易爆、腐蚀等危险物品。详细信息可通

七、是否我购完票就可以办理网上自助值机？否。必须参照各机场网上值机开通

八、我的电子客票不是在东航电子客票网站上购买的，如何在网站上办理自助

值机？请您在页面上输入需办理值机的旅客姓名、证件号码和手机号码，然后按

网站的相应提示办理值机即可。

九、网上值机旅客什么时间开始办理安检手续？必须在航班原定起飞时间前40

分钟到达安检口办理安检手续。若您未在航班原定起飞前40分钟办理安检手续，

或未在航班起飞前15分钟登机，航班将按原定时间起飞，误机责任则由旅客本

人承担。

十、我要取消网上值机手续，该如何操作？您可以自行上网取消座位或致电东航

95808客服热线（请见《网上值机开通城市的客服热线》，您可从以下地址

十一、家中无打印机，该怎么打印登机牌？您可以凭借有效身份证件到机场东航

自助乘机服务柜台或东航值机柜台打印登机牌。

十二、打印的登机牌遗失了该怎么办？凭有效证件到机场东航自助乘机服务柜台

或东航值机柜台办理补打登机牌手续。

十三、用什么纸张来打印登机牌呢？您只需要用普通的A4纸张打印登机牌即可，

其它尺寸和纸质不予接收。十四在哪里领取电子客票报销凭证呢？通过代理人

购票的旅客请到原购票处索取报销凭证；在东航电子客票网站上订票的旅客请到

机场东航电子客票报销凭证领取处索取（电子客票报销凭证只能打印一次，且航

班起飞七天后不可再补打报销凭证）。

十五、我没有行李托运，拿着自己打印好的登机牌就可以直接通过安检登机吗？

可以，但建议您在办理安检手续之前到东航自助乘机服务柜台或东航值机柜台确

认登机口是否有变化，或办理完安检手续后，根据隔离区动态显示屏确定最终登

机口。

十六、网上办理自助值机失败，我该怎么办呢？您可以重新办理网上自助值机，

或凭有效证件到机场东航自助乘机服务柜台或东航值机柜台重新打印登机牌。

十七、为什么登机牌上的登机口显示为“待定”？因为您办理网上乘机登记的

时间比较早，登机口信息还没有分配；请您到达机场后，查看动态显示屏或询问

东航工作人员以确定登机口

十八、我可以帮助我的朋友办理网上值机吗？可以。请输入需办理值机的旅客姓

名、证件号码和手机号码，然后按网站的相应提示办理值机即可

十九、东航自助值机网页能同时办理多位旅客吗？不可以，您需要每次输入旅客
