最近，我们上了有关网络的课文，里面讲到：网络可以造就人

才，也可以将人推向无底深渊。确实，有些人能利用好网络资源，

而有些人却沉迷于了网络之中，被网络这张大网网住了手脚，束缚

了心灵，被网吧里那些看不见的陷阱埋葬了自己的把戏年华……课

文中还讲到：一个高中生在网吧玩游戏时不幸猝死，经医生鉴定，

属于典型的由过度兴奋而引发心脏病的死亡。

如果你每天沉迷于网络之中，会导致视力严重下降，甚至视网

膜脱落;如果你每天沉迷于网络之中，学习成绩会一落千丈……

如果你每天沉迷于网络之中，你首先该想想你的父母，你的父

母为了生下你，不就是想要你好好的读书，将来有个好工作，过着

美好的生活吗?可是你却负了你的父母，你父母想要你好好读书，天

天向上，将来有个好成就，而你却每天泡在网吧，玩着电脑游戏，

沉迷于网络之中，还伤害了自己，导致自己的学习成绩一落千丈;导

致自己严重近视，甚至视网膜脱落;导致自己走上了歪路，你真是敬

酒不吃吃罚酒啊!你又负了你的父母，又伤害了自己，所以你一定要

改正过来，千万不要沉迷于网络之中，你还要告诫别人，因为网络

会将人推向无底深渊。

“良药苦口利于病，忠言逆耳利于行。”这句话说得好，今

天，我要用这句话告诫你们，要好好地把握自己，不要沉迷于网络

之中。把握自己，就是把握好自己的人生航向;把握自己，就是给自

己一片蔚蓝的晴空……
