如今，我们经常能听到一个词——网络时代。这个词真实地说明

互联网已经广泛渗透到了社会的各个领域。它在人们生活中发挥着越

来越重要的作用，而近年来移动互联网的发展，更让互联网与人的习

关系越来越亲密。

移动互联网，就是将移动通信和互联网二者结合起来，成为一体。

据数据统计，截至20XX年6月底，中国网民数量达到5.38亿，其中

手机网民达到3.88亿。截至20XX年9月底，全球移动互联网用户已

达15亿。网民中用手机接入互联网的用户占比由上年底的69.3%提

升至72.2%，移动互联网迎来了它高速发展的时期。

在中国，移动互联网被国家国务院列为国家的第四波财富机遇。

它正逐渐渗透到人们生活、工作的各个领域，短信、铃图下载、移动

音乐、手机游戏、视频应用、手机支付、位置服务等丰富多彩的互联

网应用迅猛发展，正在深刻改变信息时代的社会生活。

互联网正在改变着人们的生产方式、工作方式、生活方式和学习

方式。例如，如今互联网领域的一个发展热点——现代远程教育，就

是一个典型例子。

现代远程教育是以现代远程教育手段为主，多种媒体优化组合的

教育方式。因特网(internet)的迅猛发展，使远程教育的手段有了质

的飞跃。与面授教育相比，远程教育可以突破时空的限制；提供更多

的学习机会，提升了学习效率；扩大教学规模，提高教学质量；降低

教学的成本，解决了教育资源贫乏、实现资源共享的问题。

网络学校受到越来越多人的认可，各类新兴的网校及相关网站也

越来也不断涌现，比如三条杠网、91外教网等等。显然，这代表着

网校已经逐渐走进大众的生活并成为一种学习的主流趋势。因此很多

人开始选择在线教育，特别是白领一族和大学生们。

仅20XX年一年，中国在线教育市场份额已经达到723亿元，且

在线教育用户呈规模性放大。20XX年中国进入移动学习元年，“互

联网应用创新开放平台联盟”成立，120多所国内高校加入联盟。互

联网冲击引发教育革命大学出现了网络化潮流。当然，网络教育也

存在一些问题，比如发展不均衡，人才紧缺，教学模式单一，教学交

互性差等等。但随着技术的不断完善，远程教育还将有更大的发展

互联网给人类带来了机遇。人们可以随时从网上了解当天最新的

天气信息、新闻动态和旅游信息，可看到当天的报纸和最新杂志，可

以足不出户在家里炒股、网上购物、收发电子邮件，享受远程医疗和

远程教育等等。

同时，它也带来了许多挑战：信息贫富差距开始扩大，财富分配

出现不平等；网络的开放性和全球化使得网络安全和信息安全成为严

重的问题；网络带来信息的全球性流通，也加剧了文化渗透……但不

可否认的是，互联网从根本上改变了人们的思想观念和生产生活方式，

推动了各行各业的发展，并且成为知识经济时代的一个重要标志之一。

综上所述，随着电信、电视、计算机“三网融合”趋势的加强，

未来的互联网将是一个真正的多网合一、多业务综合平台和智能化的
