PartyB’sapplication,thelendingtermcouldbeautomaticallyextendedforoneyearand

remainedtheoriginallendingrate.

4.本协议自乙方全额归还借款本金及利息之日起终止。

ThisagreementwouldbeterminatedafterPartyＢrepaythetotalamountofprincipleandinterest

toPartyA.

第六条其他

Miscellaneous

1.本协议如有未尽事宜，甲乙双方经协商一致，可签署补充协议，补充协议与本协议具有

同等效力。

Anyissuethatnotcoveredinthisagreementcouldbettledintheadditionalagreementafter

Partiesnegotiation;theadditionalagreementhassamelegaleffectasthisagreement.

2.本协议履行过程中如产生纠纷，甲乙双方应通过协商解决，协商不成，任意一方均可向

当地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

Foranydisputecomesfromperformanceofthisagreement,Partiesshallfirstlyresolvethe

disputethroughamicableconsultation,ifnotwork,eachpartyhastherighttoraialitigationto

thejurisdictioncourt.

3.本协议一式两份，甲乙各执一份，均具有同等法律效力。

第三条利率及还款期

1.如果借款方在合同约定的还期限内还清借款，贷款方则不收取借款利息。

每年十月一日至十二月三十一日期间的管理费用。

第五条浮动抵押

Article5FloatingCharge

1.借款方以其现有的和将来拥有的生产设备、原材料、成品和半成品向贷款方提供抵押。

2.《抵押物清单》对抵押物价值的约定，并不作为贷款方依本合同对抵押物进行处分的估
