4当管材运输船进入锚地后，开始准备卸货工作。备好验货相关单据，准备好吊车和

短倒车辆。

5管材运输船只进入泊位具备卸货条件后开始卸货，短倒车辆配置充足，尽量做到车

等船，加快卸货速度，减少泊位占用。

6短倒车辆、驳船和吊车装卸时应符合以下要求和规范：

（1）装运防腐管的车厢、船舱要清理干净杂物。

（2）在车厢、船舱的底部和两个侧面加装草绳把或木条，将防腐管和车厢和船舱隔离

开，不让防腐管直接接触车厢船舱的内面，防止车厢、船舱内面的尖锐的棱角磕伤防

腐层。

（3）装运高度超过车厢高的，用尼龙绑带封车，防止防腐管掉落以防止运输过程中因

成品管位移或振动对涂层造成损坏。

（4）做好司机和吊车操作人管的规程教育，剔除其思想中麻痹大意的因素。

（5）吊装操作人员的鞋底不能有硬物。

（6）在吊装过程中，吊钩不能采用紫铜或黄铜材料制作。

（7）注意吊装平稳起降，吊钩和钢链绳索不能砸到或撞击到管体或管口上。

（8）大直径防腐钢管采用吊钩钩两端的作法。

一车1016气管卸货时间为15分钟，813油管卸货时间为25分钟。短倒车辆往返

MITT码头和中转站为

20分钟，管材卸至中转站需要10分钟。一辆短短车辆运输周期为45分钟。以一船装

3000根管材，码头一天工作8小时。预计卸一艘船需要12天（CQD装卸时间）。
