一、教育时机的不公
1.近年来,由于城乡差距、地区差距以及地区内校际教育资源的差异引发的“择校热”愈演
愈烈,不少家长宁可花重金择校,也要让子女挤进重点学校。
3.随着我国现代化进程的加快,大量农民工入城,流淌人口子女的教育征询题成了目前亟
待处理的征询题。由于目前我国义务教育阶段实行的是“分级办学、分级治理”,即义务教育
阶段费用主要由地点政府负担,流淌人口子女由于没有流入地的户口,无法享受当地的教育
经费,造成入学难征询题越来越严峻。据中国儿童中心2002年至2003年对9个城市的抽样
调查显示,流淌儿童义务教育年龄段中近9.3%处于失辍学状态,近半数适龄儿童不能及时
入学。
4.在高等教育领域,招生名额分配明显趋于失衡,兴隆地区特别是中心城市的高考招生分
数远低于其他省区,这势必造成了教育时机的不公。
二、教育过程的不公
1.由于地区间经济情况的不同,导致办学条件存在较大的差异,由此造成了不同地区学生
享遭到的教育资源不同;而教师队伍的素养参差不齐,也使得学生接遭到的教育有所不同。
2.民办教育作为我国教育体系的重要组成部分,为政府和社会减轻了办学压力,同时也为
学生提供了自主选择学校的时机,理应得到全社会的支持。但随着我国社会经济政治的开展,
民办教育的开展遇到了一些障碍,诸如民办学校规模难于扩大、教育质量难于提高、社会言
论难于认可等征询题,一些规模较小依托以学养学的民办高校寸步难行。
三、教育结果的不公
尽管教育只是个体生存和开展的一个重要方面,但基于不公平入学条件毕业出来的学生,
社会特别难区分其真实水准,从而导致就业竞争的不公平。相关于名牌、重点院校的大学生
而言,不少一般本科、专科院校的毕业生,在就业市场上大概存在“优势”某沿海城市在举办
毕业生就业招聘会时,甚至打出“非重点院校的毕业生谢绝入内”的,严峻破坏了就业竞争的
公平性。

institutions,manygraduatesofgeneralundergraduatecolleges,andinthejobmarket,there
emstobeinferiorbrand,acoastalcityinorganizinggraduateemploymentrecruitment,even
thewordnon-graduateskeyinstitutionsdeclinedintothesloganriouslyunderminethe
fairnessofthecompetitionforjobs.
