通知的格式

通知的格式，包括标题、称呼、正文、落款。

①标题：写在第一行正中。可只写“通知”二字，如果事情重要或紧急，也可写“重要通知”或“紧急通

知”，以引起注意。有的在“通知”前面写上发通知的单位名称，还有的写上通知的主要内容。

②称呼：写被通知者的姓名或职称或单位名称。在第二行顶格写。(有时，因通知事项简短，内容单一，

书写时略去称呼，直起正文。)

③正文：另起一行，空两格写正文。正文因内容而异。开会的通知要写清开会的时间、地点、参加会议的

对象以及开什么会，还要写清要求。布置工作的通知，要写清所通知事件的目的、意义以及具体要求和作

法。

④落款：分两行写在正文右下方，一行署名，一行写日期。

写通知一般采用条款式行文，可以简明扼要，使被通知者能一目了然，便于遵照执行。

注意一下,这个通知的标题应该是在中间的,通知的正文前要空两格,还有最后那个xx厂,x年x月x日应该是

写在通知最后的最右边,因为网页排版问题他都给对齐到左边去了,这些注意看一下!!!

通知的分类，可以分为六大类：

1.发布性通知：用于发布行政规章制度及党内规章制度。

2.批转性通知：用于上级机关批转下级机关的公文，给所属人员，让他们周

知或执行。

3.转发性通知：用于转发上级机关和不相隶属的机关的公文给所属人员，让

他们周知或执行。

4.指示性通知：用于上级机关指示下级机关如何开展工作。

5.任免性通知：用于任免和聘用干部。

6.事务性通知：用于处理日常工作中带事务性的事情，常把有关信息或要求

用通知的形式传达给有关机构或群众。

会议通知格式

会议通知格式

1、标题。

有完全式和省略式两种。

①完全式包括发文机关、事由、文种。

②省略式，例如《关于××××××的通知》。

通知内容简单的，只写“通知”两字，这也是省略式的一种。

2、正文。

有的正文比较简单，只讲明为什么发布或批转这一文件，有哪些原则要求，主要的具体内容应看所附文件。

有的正文写多几句，借题发挥，补充强调有关要求，或作出指示，布置相应的工作。也就是要遵照执行、

贯彻落实的具体内容在附件里，而不是在批转的通知中。批转通知只是一个载体。
