WiththetoolofOpenGLandMatlab，Idesignedasimulationprogramfor

transportationschedu。lingsystem。Itisnowwidelyudbydifferent

rearchgroupsinNUST。In1998，Iassumedandfulfilledawage

analysis&dispoprojectforNanjingwagetreatmentplant。Thiswas

myfirstpracticetoconvertalaboratoryideatoacommercialproduct。

In1999，IjoinedthedistinguishedProfessorYu―GengXisrearch

groupaimingatNetworkflowproblemsolvingandHeuristicalgorithm

rearch。SoonIwangagedintheFuDanGeneDatabaDesign。My

dutywastopickuptheufulinformationamongdifferentkindsofgene

matchingformat。Throughthecomparisonandanalysisformanyheuristic

algorithms，Iintroducedanimprovedevolutionaryalgorithm――

Multi―populationGeneticAlgorithm。Bydividingawholepopulation

intoveralsub―populations，thisimprovedalgorithmcaneffectively

preventGAfromlocalconvergenceandpromotevariouvolutionary

orientations。ItprovedmoreefficientlythanSGAinexperiments，
