英国保险协会货物保险合同条款（A）

(1st January 1982)



第1条 风险条款 Risks Clau

1 This insurance covers all risks of loss of or damage to the subject-matter insured except as provided in clau 4,5,6 and 7 below

本保险承保除了下述第4、5、6 和7 条规定的除外责任以外的保险标的的灭失或损害的一切风险群众满意度测评。



第2条 共同海损条款(General Average Clau)

第5条不适航和不适运除外条款 (Unaworthines and Unfitness Exclusion Clau)

14.2 Where this insurance is on Incread Value the following clau shall apply:
