I read paragraph 7 and paragraph 8 carefully.

In paragraph 7 I try my best to understand the meaning of 'immune' .I look it up in the Cambridge Advanced Learner's Dictionary with this question.In  the result[At last], this word has three meanings. one is Protected against a particular dia by particular substances in the blood.two [another]is [after verb] not affected or upt by a particular type of behaviour or emotion .three [The last]is [after verb] not able to be punished or damaged by something . I got a lot from the Dictionary.

Author says that showing offthat [去掉]is offensive ,that is [去掉]not acceptable.in my opinion . In fact, showing off is nothing,the [The]key is what you show off. Nowwhat can be the make and put them up for showing off[不太理解]. Look at thatbit [kind]of skirt over there. Individuality is showing off. however, if others really have each kind of ability whichhe [they]said[say],even if [there is]a littleshows [showing]off [of]the suspicion [添加一个逗号，]IDiD ［do］not oppo,[becau] others have that strength after all.
