2007-2010年先后在加拿大圭尔夫大学、美国俄亥俄州立大学及加拿大温莎大学五大湖环境研究所做博士后研究工作,2010-2012年在温莎大学五大湖环境研究所任Rearch Associate,2012年入选中国科学院“百人计划”后回国工作。研究领域为水生生态系统分子生态学、群落生态学与进化遗传学等,主要从事水生生物多样性的时空演化/贫化过程及机理、水生灾害生物(入侵生物)爆发/蔓延的过程及机理和水生灾害生物与环境的互作机理等相关研究。主持/参与国家自然基金面上项目等10余项。迄今为止在包括Molecular Ecology、Diversity and Distributions、Methods in Ecology and Evolution等在内的杂志上发表论文40余篇,其中SCI收录30余篇。
