1972年7月出生于云南。1994年7月毕业于北京师范大学化学系,获理学学士学位。2003年7月毕业于中科院上海有机化学研究所,获理学博士学位。2003年8月至2008年3月在美国哈佛大学化学与化学生物学系和芝加哥大学化学系从事博士后研究。2008年5月任中国科学院上海有机所创新岗位副研究员,课题组长;2014年3月晋升为研究员。2010年入选上海市“浦江人才计划”。2017年获国家杰出青年科学基金。

目前超分子化学已经从物理有机化学的一个相对独立的前沿分支,发展成为一个高度交叉融合的学科,除了其本身的有机化学研究外,它在有机功能材料、生命体系等领域也得到了广泛的应用。本课题组的研究主要集中在有机超分子组装、结构与功能。自组装是组装基元(模块)通过弱相互作用自发地形成有序结构的过程,是创造新物质和产生新功能的重要手段。我们以有机合成为基础,以现代光谱、电子显微镜、电化学等多种表征测试手段为工具,通过设计合成一些结构从简单到复杂、带有特定功能或分子识别位点的有机分子作为超分子组装模块,利用它们可控地自组装构筑一系列结构非常有序的一维、二维和三维超分子自组装体系,从而实现一些特定的功能如生物模拟、分子识别、超分子催化以及功能化软物质材料构建等。
目前主要进行以下研究课题: 1、新型π共轭体系的设计与合成:利用有机合成为基本手段构筑各种新颖的共轭结构化合物(芳环和芳杂环等),发展新型功能组装基元。 2、基于有机共轭分子的自组装体系构建与软物质功能材料:利用π共轭体系作为基本结构单元,通过多种非共价弱相互作用如芳香堆积、氢键、范德华力等协同作用,自组装形成形态尺寸可调控、功能化的一维、二维或三维微米/纳米尺度有序超分子体系。 3、超分子体系物理有机化学:自组装体系的协同效应、热力学和动力学行为、非共价键的本质与规律研究等,探索实现对自组装过程的有效调控方法。 4、基于手性自组装的超分子催化剂设计及其在不对称催化反应中的作用机理和应用:通过自组装形成的手性超分子体系所提供的手性环境来诱导产生化学键形成时的立体选择性,从而达到不对称催化的目的。
