凯特·斯蒂文斯是英国民谣摇滚的代表人物，原名史蒂文·乔治乌（Steven Georgiou）。当他成为一名国际明星之后，于1979年皈依宗教并放弃了他的音乐事业并在1977年改名为Yusuf Islam，两年后，他逐渐从流行音乐界淡出。
