Long ago, Chine were nt to aboard to work as a slave. It’s a very pitiful and mirable experience. What they know is just working and working. And they can’t flight for equal rights, becau they were brought by foreigners for work, no one like[likes] to help Chine. They don’t been respect[be respected] in every moment. Today’s worker is willing to work in an ethical company. In which one that could give them more respect ion and high job satisfaction. In my opinion, the appropriate mental challenge is good for both employees and the companies. In the para3, the phas[phras]“in-box” and “out-box” is hard for us to understand. “in-box” means that the paper or letter have not been deal with, and the “out-box” means that the paper or letter have been finished but not been nt, and the word “paper” is not the real paper. It means document. The two words “authoritarian” and “dehumanizing” are big words; it Feels no good with them. The writer us them to describe the work environment. It shows the change in workers.
