1992年6月-1995年9月:上海硅酸盐研究所结构陶瓷中心氮化硅课题组工作,任助理研究员

1995年9月-1996年7月:在斯洛法克科学院Institute of Inoganic Chemistry工作学习一年

1997年9月-2000年6月:上海硅酸盐研究所攻读在职博士,获得工学博士学位

1992年6月-2000年9月:上海硅酸盐研究所结构陶瓷中心氮化硅课题组工作,任助理研究员

1996年7月-1997年7月:上海硅酸盐研究所结构陶瓷中心主任助理

2000年10月-2004年4月:聘任为副研究员

研究工作

在中国科学院上海硅酸盐研究所主要从事氮化物为主的无机非金属材料科学研究,包括热压氮化硅陶瓷刀具、热等静压氮化硅轴承球、氮化铝高导热基片,自蔓延燃烧合成氮化硅粉末、氮化硅棒晶、Sialon粉末、氮化铝粉末、氮化钛粉末等。

在桂林理工大学新开展研究方向有氮化物荧光材料的研究。目前及以后研究方向为:生物纳米材料,如超顺磁性纳米氧化铁合成及改性,纳米氧化铁纳米粒子在生物领域的应用研究,特别是纳米氧化铁粒子作为磁共振(MRI)对比剂在脑科学领域的应用;人工智能材料。

曾经承担项目

(1) 国家自然科学基金项目(经费4万元):“自蔓延燃烧合成氮化硅粉末”,骨干;

(2) “九五”国家重点科技攻关子项目(支持经费80万元)“氮化硅陶瓷轴承球批量化制备关键技术研究”,主持人;

(3) “十五”863子项目(支持经费70万元)“陶瓷轴承”,主持人;

(4) 国家自然科学基金重点项目(支持经费120万元):“高密度封装用新型材料与互连技术研究”,骨干。
