现在我们经常可以听到这样的言论，学校除了需要提供正规教育

外，还需要教育学生形成良好的行为习惯。对于我来说，我非常赞同

这种观点。

学校应该向学生提供良好的正规教育。只有当一所学校向学生提

供正规教育，那么这所学校培养出来的学生才有足够的专业素养，能

够在今后的工作中发挥更好的作用。就像建筑类学校给学生提供了正

规教育，那么这个学校的学生才能更好的进行基建项目如建房、架桥、

修路等。

除此之外，学校还应该教育学生形成良好的行为习惯。对于这点

有以下原因。第一，学校是一个教书育人的地方，而且学校的育人功

能更大于教书的功能。因为在学校所受的教育能影响一个人是否有良

好的素质。第二，学校只有教导出一个品行良好的人，那么这个人的

专业素养才有价值。比如，一位有很好专业知识但行为习惯不好的建

筑家，他在建造楼房的时候偷工减料，最后造成楼房坍塌。产生了严

重的不良后果。

可以得到结论，学校不应只教书，还需要育人。只有这样才能培

养出一位对国家对社会有用的人才。
