歌手简介

凯特·斯蒂文斯是英国民谣摇滚的代表人物，原名史蒂文·乔治乌（Steven Georgiou）。当他成为一名国际明星之后，于1979年皈依宗教并放弃了他的音乐事业并在1977年改名为Yusuf Islam，两年后，他逐渐从流行音乐界淡出。1981年，Yusuf Islam开始创作一些宗教题材的歌曲。迄今为止，他在他自己的Mountain of Light厂牌已经发行了10张单是鼓加人声的专辑，而这些内容被他精选收录到了最近的专辑《Footsteps in the Light》当中。
