由于交通运输便捷，全球钻石目前多聚集在世界各地的港口城市，如北欧的安特卫普，印度的孟买，南非的开普敦，北美的纽约，以色列的特拉维夫，维多利亚港湾的中国香港。钻石港湾也寓意着找寻，八星八箭的钻石切割成为钻石切割工业的永恒印记，八角星象征着寻找温暖港湾的八角罗盘，指引着人们到达心海中爱的港湾。钻石港湾，在世界各地找寻最精致的钻石，至享中国爱钻人士。

钻石港湾

“钻石港湾”由大连东海岸主城区内的“一港一湾”组成，即大连港和梭鱼湾。整个“钻石港湾”岸线20公里。其中海域总面积27平方公里，陆域搬迁腾地和填海造地总面积约13平方公里，主要由大连港、梭鱼湾和香炉礁等三大临海分部区组成。

目前，大连港老港区陆域278公顷搬迁工程已基本结束，人民路经港湾广场的1公里延伸大道已铺筑，几处综合写字楼、商务、酒店等项目正在建设，国际会议中心已完成选址和规划设计，即日开工；海域297公顷填海工程正在进行岸坝构筑。

大连梭鱼湾区域位於大连主城区北部，是湾内北侧大空间大纵深的滨海区域。其重建计划是将位於现在的大连钢铁厂、大连化工厂等企业进行搬迁腾地後延伸中心城区经济带，发挥承南启北的环境优势，并与对岸大连港CBD中心互映，形成“一湾两岸”的临海城市格局。

从城市总体规划要求，相连大连港和梭鱼湾的接合区域——大连造船厂已列入中长期搬迁计划。尤其是此区域内的香炉礁物流园区已全面启动。目前，德国的麦德龙、英国的百安居、法国的迪卡侬、瑞典的宜家家居已建成落户。

这样，“钻石港湾”整个区域的上、中、下三大分部区已全面启动。在不远的几年内，这个北斗状的“钻石港湾”将成为中国、乃至世界的新辟亲海CBD中心。“钻石港湾”——最具升值空间的钻石地段，可谓地王之地。
