研究与发展经济学，产出增长与技术变革经济，及与之相关的统计与计量经济学。目前致力于香港住宅住房市场相关领域的研究。

负责“香港宏观经济预测”项目，为这个地区提供即时的评估短期经济波动的信息。宏观经济预测以季度数据与分析为基础，开始于1999年。
