车辆安全隐患排查制度
为了加强营运车辆技术状况的监督管理,使营运车辆随时处于完好的技术状态,避免机械事故,确保行车安全,特制定本规定。
一、营运车辆技术状况及安全检查由公司分管领导负责,营运生产部牵头,会同安全服务监察部、修理厂、各总站一道具体负责实施。
二、营运车辆技术状况及安全检查,分公司统一组织检查、总站检查、各车驾驶员自查三类。
三、公司检查公司统一检查,分底盘、气路、电路检查和车容车貌、车窗及车内设施检查、修理质量抽查三大项。检查周期为每季度检查一次,时间安排在每季度末月下旬。检查时由营运生产部、安全服务监察部、修理厂派人参加。车辆技术状况检查由修理厂抽出技术骨干,在总站的配合下分组同时进行检查。其区乡车每年的
