下午第二节课刚上课,徐老师就来到教室里给我们讲在避震演练中需要注意的几个地方,然后演练就正式开始了。广播里传来了孙校长的紧急通告:“余姚现在发生4.5级地震,请同学们做好避震工作!”随后便是一阵紧急的铃声,同学们像一窝蜂似的涌向墙角:有的大喊大叫着,还不时地发出“咯咯”的笑声;有的则像发生了真地震一样,一脸的紧张。教室里一下子乱成一团!一班人都蹲在墙角处,有的双手抱头,有的躺在地上,有的坐在同学的身上当马骑。我呢!个子最小,就按老师的要求躲在桌子下,由于是演练,我也一点儿不紧张,反倒觉得很好玩。过了几分钟后,铃声戛然而止。广播里又传来了校长的命令:“请各班排好队在操场集中!”铃声再次响起。同学们迅速站起来,跑出教室,以迅雷不及掩耳之势列成两队,然后火速奔向操场。

到达操场后,我们发现已有好多同学站在那儿了。他们有的讲空话,有的玩游戏,有的你推我搡的,队伍三三两两,很不整齐,没有一点逃生的紧张气氛。后来,陈校长严肃地对我们说:“这次避震演练非常失败,原因在于同学们没有认真对待。在地震时,为了提高我们的自救能力,希望同学们严肃认真地对待这次演练,下面再来一次!”

于是,我们回到了教室,徐老师对刚才的演练进行了总结批评。随后,第二次避震演练又开始了。因为有了上一次的经验,同学们也基本掌握了避震要领,态度也严肃多了。我们只用了四分钟的时间,便转到了安全地带。这一回可得到了校长和老师们的肯定。
