Facedwithcriminals,somepeoplearesofrightenedthattheyshamelesslygiveupthefightandotherpeopleturnablindeyetothem.However,somepeoplearebraveenough,torisktheirlivestofightthecriminals.Theirfearlessactionspreventedthecriminalsfromdoingevils,savedthevictims,andprotectedthepublicproperties.
Toreducethecrimerate,weallthepeopleshouldfirstreceivealaweducation.Criminalsmustbeverelypunished.Meanwhileweshouldtupafoundationtorewardthowhofightcriminals.Itisalsoimportanttocallonpeopletolearnfromthoheroesandencouragemorepeopletostanduptocrime.
