CivillawisalegalsystemoriginatinginEurope,intellectualizedwithinthe

principlesarecodifiedintoareferablesystemwhichservesastheprimarysourceof
nbecontrastedwithcommonlawsystemswhoseintellectualframework
comesfromjudge-madedecisionallawwhichgivesprecedentialauthoritytoprior
courtdecisionsontheprinciplethatitisunfairtotreatsimilarfactsdifferentlyon
