【参考译文】
吾等对各项物业权益进行之估值即有关物业权益之公开市值。就吾等所下定义而言，乃
指认为某项物业权益于估值之日在下列假定情况下以现金代价无条件完成出售，预计可合理
取得之最高价格：
(a)有自愿卖方；
(b)于估值之日前，有一段合理时间(视乎物业之性质及市况)在市场适当推销权益、协商
