1．申请办理居留许可/ResidencePermitApplication

/哪些人需要办理？

持X签证的留学生需要办理“外国人居留许可”。/InternationalStudentsStudentswithstudy(X)visas

/何时办理？

持学习(X字)签证的留学生必须在入境后30日内办理。/InternationalStudentsStudentswithstudy(X)

visasshouldapplyfortheResidencePermitsin30daysaftertheyarriveinChina.

/如何办理?

留学生新生须在完结报到手续后，持有效护照向留学生办公室提出居留许可申请，填写《签证、居

留许可申请表》登记备案。/ewInternationalstudentsshallsubmitresidencepermitapplicationto

InternationalStudents’Officewithvalidpassportsaftergoingthroughalltheregistrationproceduresand

fillinResidencePermitApplicationFormforrecords.

所需材料及手续/DocumentsRequired:

（1）有效护照和签证的原件及其复印件（自备）；/Theoriginalandduplicationofvalidpassportandvisa

(Preparedbystudents);

（2）就读院校的《录取通知书》、JW201表或者JW202表；/JW201orJW202FormandAdmission

oticeissuedbytheuniversitywheretheforeignstudentsaregoingtostudy;

（3）就读院校申请公函（留学生办公室出具）；/OfficialApplicationLetterwrittenbytheuniversity

wherethestudentsaregoingtostudy(producedbyInternationalStudents’Office);

（4）重庆国际旅行保健中心出具的《健康合格证》（详见入境人员卫生检疫须知）；/Original

VerificationCertificateofPhysicalExaminationRecordsissuedbyChongqingInternationalTravel

HealthcareCenter(refertoPhysicalExaminationforForeignersfordetailedinformation);

（5）住宿地公安派出所出具临时住宿登记证明（咨询留学生办公室）；/CertificateofTemporaryStay

Registrationissuedbythepolicestationoftheresidence(consultInternationalStudents’Office);

（6）填写准确的《外国人签证，居留许可申请表》，贴一张近期两寸半身正面免冠照片（在重庆市

出入境管理局填写）；/AccuratelycompletedApplicationFormforVisaandforResidencePermitto

whicharecentpassport-sizedphotooftheapplicantisattached(FillintheforminChongqingExit&

EntryAdministrationBureau);

注/otes：(1)申请居留许可者需面见出入境管理局官员并回答官员提出的问题。/Residencepermit

applicantsarerequiredtohaveaninterviewwiththeofficialsfromChongqingExit&Entry

AdministrationBureau.

(2)外国留学生的陪读家属，应作为探亲者申请L签证。/Familymembersaccompanying

studentsshallapplyforLvisaonly.

2．居留许可有效期/ValidityofResidencePermit

居留许可的有效期一般与留学生注册的学习时间一致，并根据留学生缴纳学费情况等酌情办理。居

留许可的有效期不能超过本人护照的有效期。/Inprinciple,thevalidperiodofResidencePermitisin

accordancewithInternationalstudents’erconditionswillbetakeninto

consideration,idperiodofResidencePermitmustbewithinthatof

Passport.

3．延长居留许可/ResidencePermitExtension

原则上，留学生办公室帮助新生办理居留许可；留学生应密切注意居留许可有效期，并亲自前往重

庆市出入境管理局办理居留许可延长。/Inprinciple,InternationalStudents’Officewillassistnew

ationalstudentsshallpaycloseattentiontothevalidityof

residencepermitandextendtheresidencepermitinChongqingExit&EntryAdministrationBureauby

themselves.

/哪些人需要办理？

居留许可有效期满后还需继续在中国学习，需要办理居留许可的延长手续；/Internationalstudents

whodecidetocontinuetostudyinChongqingUniversityshallmakeresidencepermitextension.

/何时办理？

应在有效期满一个月前申请延长。早于一个月以上申请延长不予受理。/Residencepermitextension

ncepermitextensionshallnotbe

acceptedmorethanonemonthaheadoftheexpiry.

/如何办理？

所需材料及手续/Documentsrequired&Procedures：

1.留学生本人持有效护照到留学生办公室，如实填写《签证、居留许可申请表》登记备案；留学

生办公室将根据留学生填写的《签证、居留许可申请表》和其他实际情况，酌情予以出具居留许可

延长证明；/InternationalstudentsshallfillinResidencePermitApplicationFormforrecordswithvalid

passportsinInternationalStudents’ationalStudents’OfficewillissueResidencePermit

ExtensionCertificateaccordingtotheApplicationFormandotheractualconditions.

2.需交纳学费者，应先交纳学费再办理居留许可延长手续；/Internationalstudentsshallpaytuition

3.所需材料/Documentsrequired：

ISE/不办理会有什么后果？

如果你的居留许可到期，而你没有及时办理居留许可延长手续，继续在中国停留，那就构成了非法

居留.根据《中华人民共和国外国人入境出境管理法》的有关规定，非法居留的外国人，可以处警

告或者每非法居留一日，处500元，总额不超过5000元，或者处3日以上、10日以下的

拘留；情节严重的，并处限期出境。/Thatinternationalstudentsdonotextendtheresidencepermitbefore

ChinaontheEntryandExitofAliens,foreignerswhoillegallystayinChinamaybeservedawarning,

timebeorderedtoleavethecountrywithinaspecifiedtime.

4．转学留学生的居留许可/StudentswhotransferfromotheruniversitiesinChina

(1)从中国国内其他院校转来的留学生，必须交验护照和居留许可。/Studentswhotransferfrom

otheruniversitiesinChinashallhandinvalidpassportsandresidencepermitstoInternationalStudent

Officeforexmination.

(2)办理居留许可的变更或延长手续需以下材料/DocumentsRequiredforResidencePermit

ExtensionorAlteration：

（1）有效护照和签证的原件及其复印件（自备）；/Theoriginalandduplicationofvalidpassportand

visa(Preparedbystudents);

5．居留许可变更/AlterationofResidencePermit

如果你的居留许可上项目发生变化，而你没有及时办理变更手续，那根据《中华人民共和国外国人

入境出境管理法》的有关规定，你会被处罚。/Thosewhodonotimmediatelyreportanyalterationof

informationrelatedtoResidencePermittoChongqingExit&EntryAdministrationBureaushallbe

punishedaccordingtoLawofthePeople'sRepublicOfChinaontheEntryandExitofAliens.

居留许可变更所需材料及手续/Documentsrequired&Procedures：

(1)留学生本人持有效护照到留学生办公室，如实填写《签证、居留许可申请表》登记备案；留学

生办公室将根据留学生填写的《签证、居留许可申请表》和其他实际情况，酌情予以出具居留许可

变更证明；/InternationalstudentsshallfillinResidencePermitApplicationFormforrecordswithvalid

passportsinInternationalStudents’ationalStudents’OfficewillissueResidencePermit

AlterationCertificateaccordingtotheApplicationFormandotheractualconditions.

6.学习结束离境/LeaveuponGraduation

(1)留学生学习结束离开中国大陆，一定要在签证或居留许可的有效期内出境。/International

studentsshallleaveChinawithinthevalidperiodofthevisaorresidencepermitaftercompletingstudy.

(2)如留学生居留许可有效期超过其毕业时间一个月以上者，需在重庆市出入境管理局将居留许可

转换成一个月的旅游签证（L）（咨询留学生办公室），费用自理。这也是重庆大学毕业生应当履

行的毕业手续之一，此后才能取得相关证书。/Internationalstudentswhoseresidencepermitsareone

(3)如确实因特殊原因不能按期出境，需提出申请，经批准办理签证，一般为一个月旅游签证。

7.申请办理地点/Where

办理地点/Add：重庆市公安局出入境接待大厅/Exit-EntryHallofChongqingPublicSecurityBureau

(555#,HuanglongRoad,YubeiDistrict,Chongqing)

办理时间/Time：周一至周五上午9:00－12:00下午13:30—17:00

FromMondaytoFriday9:00－12:00a.m.13:30－17:00p.m.

夏季时间/SummerTime：周一至周五上午8:30—12:00下午14:00—17:00

FromMondaytoFriday8:30－12:00a.m.14:00－17:00p.m.

出入境管理局办结时限/Duration：申请材料齐全后，3个工作日办结。/Applicationshallbecompleted

inthree-workingdaysbyExit-EntryAdministrationBureauontheconditionthatalltherequired

documentsarewellpreparedandsubmitted.
